    Each 4 session class costs $100. Note: Tools, Thread, and Vise required for specialty classes.

    Mike Schultz manages Colton Bay Outfitters in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Owns/ Operates Schultz Outfitters LLC. Guiding for various outfitters including Pere Marquette River Lodge, Indigo, and Steelhead Alley Outfitters Mike has a vast knowledge of Midwestern waters. Born and raised in Southeast Michigan he has been involved in the outdoors his entire life. During his early teenage years he developed an interest in fly fishing. The majority of his free time was consumed with fishing and tying. After graduating with a Business degree from Eastern Michigan University, he started guiding and working in fly fishing industry full time. Mike is a member of the Scientific Anglers and Ross Reels National Pro Staff. His fly patterns are now offered by Rainys Fly Co.

    Beginner Fly Tying Class - Session 2 • Tuesday Nights 6 to 8pm

    Instructor: Chris Hatcher

    Chris has been tying for 13 years; while averaging 100 days per year on the water. His patience, tying skills, and knowledge make this class a must for any one interested in learning the art of fly tying. Basic skills and techniques will be covered.

    Note: A limited supply of vises & tools are available to use in beginner courses
